This barn conversion cottage is located near to Westhope in Shropshire and can sleep eleven people in five bedrooms.
The Milking Parlour is a large barn conversion on the owners' 250 acre farm near to the village of Westhope in Shropshire. The cottage can sleep eleven people and has five bedrooms (two doubles, two twins and a family room) three of which are ensuite and two family bathrooms. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed patio area with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a hot tub. With its neighbouring cottages, The Milking Parlour can sleep a total of thirty six people in a lovely rural setting.
Accommodation
Oil central heating with woodburner in living area. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Shared games room with pool table, table football, table tennis, selection of books, CD player and coffee machine. Gym with TV and cross trainer, rowing machine, multi-gym and weights. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent with honesty box for extra wood. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed rear patio area with furniture, BBQ and hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: For any guests who wish to use the hot tub, the owner requires a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100. |
